How fast will I see results?
Most clients see profile views, calls, and direction requests start climbing in the first 30–60 days. The compounding effect — when Google really starts rewarding the activity — typically kicks in around month three.
Do I need to already have a Google Business Profile?
Nope. If you have one, we’ll claim, audit, and rebuild it. If you don’t, we’ll set one up properly from scratch — including verification, categories, services, imagery, and frontloaded posts.
Will you respond to reviews on my behalf?

My favorite thing about Baystate Marketing is the transparency in the pricing, in more ways than one. It's super helpful that they separate the labor from the ad spend. But then they personalize their work with you, so you're not getting automated notifications along the lines of "You need to spend $X more dollars to get results."
